Please also note that we operate a nut free site. Smoking, eating and drinking are only permitted in designated areas. Please ask your host manager for information before smoking, eating or drinking. Please wash and sanitise your hands before entering any food handling areas (distribution centre or when looking at green coffee beans).

Please wear the protective clothing supplied by your host manager when requested, and keep it on at all times in food handling areas. Please make sure you are not wearing any jewellery other than a plain wedding band (this includes necklaces). Any jewellery may be left with your host manager for safe keeping during your visit. Watches are not permitted in food handling areas.

Do not enter food handling areas if you are wearing strong perfume or aftershave.
